Returns Policy

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds


We strongly recommend you to carefully inspect the item(s) as soon as you receive them.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 business days after receipt on all unworn jewellery. It means that the jewellery must reach our headquarters within 7 business days from the day you received the parcel, according to the shipping company's report. The article(s) must be unused, perfectly intact and in the same condition as you received it, including its original packaging.

Engraved jewellery and custom-made pieces cannot be returned.

For all returns and exchanges requests, please contact us at before sending us the jewelry back. In case of an exchange request, please inform us what item(s) you would like to exchange your jewelry with.

Please note that you will be in charge of shipping costs. We strongly recommend you to use a reliable shipping company and a tracking method, in order to ensure that the package will be received on time. You may also want to insure the shipment in order to avoid the package to be lost. L'Escalet Sàrl is not responsible for any lost returns.

If the criteria specified above are met, we will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the returned piece(s), and you will be credited in full.

We reserve the right to deny late and/or unreasonable returns and exchanges.

We are open to custom jewellery demands and we are happy to assist you with the creation of an unique jewel. Please note that due to the custom nature of this service, all sales are final.
