SHIPPING INFORMATION


Orders are shipped from our office in Geneva, Switzerland.

When your order is ready to ship, we'll notify you by email and provide you with shipment details (carrier, tracking number). All parcels are trackable and insured.

Domestic shipping

Domestic (Switzerland) shipping is free for all orders. Parcels are shipped via Swiss Post next day service, insured, and require the customer's signature.

International shipping

We currently ship to all countries listed below :

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United States.

For all orders of above 300 CHF shipping is free. Parcels are sent with DHL, FedEx or UPS based on the country of delivery and the timeliness of the service. All parcels are trackable and insured, and require signature.

For orders below 300 CHF we ask a participation to the shipping costs of 18 CHF. Parcels are sent with Swiss Post express shipping service, insured, with tracking number and signature required.

If you would like to make a purchase but you do not see your country in the list above, please contact us at info@lescalet-jewelry and we will do our best to consider shipping options available for you. Please note that delivery times and prices may vary due to location.

Important note for delivery outside Switzerland: Swiss VAT (7.7%) will be deducted from your order at checkout. Your cart will be updated automatically when you enter your country of delivery. Please note that local VAT and import / administrative taxes may or will be applied by your country's customs separately. L'Escalet is not responsible for any tax applied by the authorities of the country where you are located.
